How do deliveries and setup work?
We deliver your gear to your rental, hotel, or address. Prefer it set up and waiting for you? Setup is available on request at select beaches and for events, just call or text to arrange. We'll text you when your gear is on the way and once it's dropped. Note: setup availability varies by beach due to town regulations or access restrictions — we'll always let you know ahead of time.
What if it rains?
We have a no-penalty rain reschedule policy. If the forecast shows rain or you just don't feel like going, text or email us and we'll move your booking to any available date at no charge.
When do you deliver and pick up?
Our delivery hours are 9 AM to 7 PM. Weekend early bird orders (booked by Friday at 7 PM) can get an 8 AM start. We'll confirm your exact window via text the day before.
Is the gear clean?
Yes, every piece of gear is washed, sanitized, and inspected after every rental. Towels arrive in sealed bags. We take cleanliness seriously.
Can I book for multiple days or a week?
Absolutely! We have daily, 3-day, and weekly rates. Weekly rentals get the best per-day rate. The gear stays with you the whole time.
What if an item gets damaged?
Normal wear is expected and covered. If something is lost or severely damaged, replacement costs apply and we reserve the right to charge the card on file.
Do you deliver to all Rhode Island beaches?
We currently serve Newport, Middletown, and Portsmouth. Not sure if we cover your beach? Text us; we're always expanding.
