Common questions
Do I need to do anything when a guest books?
Nothing. The guest clicks your link, books on their own, and we handle delivery and pickup. You get a notification email when a booking happens through your link.
When and how do I get paid?
Payouts go out by the 5th of each month for bookings completed in the prior month. We support Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or paper check.
What if a booking gets cancelled?
Commissions are paid on completed bookings only. Cancellations before the rental date are not counted.
Can I get a link for each individual property?
Yes - we create a separate tracked link per property so you can see which ones are driving the most bookings.
Is there any cost to join?
No cost ever. It's a simple revenue share - you send us guests, we pay you a percentage of what they spend.
